Brett was selected to play in the Perfect Game National Showcase at Tropicana Field June 18-20, 2004.
He attended the Team One South Showcase at Georgia Tech in July 2004, where he was named as one of the top 30 Prospects at Team One South.
He is currently ranked #159 in the Nation and #4 in the State of Tennessee by Baseball America.
