Chad is a tremendous OF prospect with many solid tools. He has the ability to hit for power and average. His best tool might be his speed. Chad is a very good defensive Of with good range in the OF. He has the ability to play all three OF positions but has primarily played CF at Walters State and been their lead-off hitter.
Last year as a freshman at Walters State he hit .356 with 14 HR's and stole 35 bases. Walters State is one of the country's best Junior College programs. Last season they won over 50 games and played in the JUCO World Series.
