The 6'0", 180 pound safety prospect out of Mobile (AL) has seen his recruitment increase from mainly Auburn, Ole Miss, and Alabama as of late.
In fact, Auburn came down to scout
Keiron Wilson
on Thursday and the Davidson prep star returned the favor and checked out the Tiger's game on Saturday.
"I spoke to Coach Willis (Auburn) before the game. He said I looked good in our last game against Williamson that he came too," added Keiron Wilson. "Coach (Willis) likes me speed and how physical I play. He thinks I would be a good fit for his defense."
What were Wilson's thoughts on the game itself?
"Well, it was a good game. They lost, but they played hard and did not give up. That is what I am mainly looking at when I go to these games. How much passion do they have? They put up a good fight."
Anymore visits on tap?
"I am going down to Alabama this weekend to see them play Ole Miss, and then I am going back up to Ole Miss the following weekend to see them play Auburn. This gives me a chance to see all of the main teams I am looking at face one another and it gives me a chance to look at all of their campuses. I will have visited each school two times, so I will have a good feel for each campus."
Keiron received his first SEC scholarship offer from Ole Miss after visiting them for homecoming but more may be on the way.
"I think when Alabama and Auburn find out that Ole Miss offered me, they are going to offer me too."
Who else is still in the game?
"MSU is trying to set up a visit for me. I do want to try and get over there and check out a game. I just do not know when it is going to be."
