One of the true sleepers in the State of Arkansas is taking an official visit to Arkansas this weekend and has already visited ASU and Ole Miss.

"My Ole Miss visit was real nice," added Ferbia Allen. I liked hanging out with their players and meeting their new coaches. They are real nice people. I enjoyed myself. And Arkansas State, they have some real nice people too. They gave us a good tour and talked a lot about their academics."

And what about Arkansas?

"I heard they have a top program. Everything is suppose to be real up to date, like Ole Miss' stuff. I want to see how their program is this weekend. I want to see if they are going to take care of me. I have been praying about my decision a lot, and that is what it will come down to, what the man above wants me to do."

Has Arkansas offered yet?

"They have not, but they said there is a good chance I will get one this weekend. They told me that Coach Petrino wanted to meet me face to face first. He wants to know what type of person I am."

Arkansas' former head coach, Houston Nutt, was in Ferbia's house this week.

"He came by the house and talked about his program and asked if we had any questions. We told him that all of our questions were answered during the official visit. We were really happy with what we learned. We just asked him to keep us up to date with what is going on."

What questions were answered during the visit?

"We asked about the Environmental classes because that is what I want to major in. They have a very good environmental studies program. They have a good history of getting people work after school. There are also no more than 12 people in their classes in that program. It is top notch."

Allen was a two way star for Dollarway as he led his team to the State Championship game. He finished the year with 75 tackles, 14 sacks at defensive end and had over 500 receiving yards and 5 TD's at TE.

What is his best position?

"I really do not know. I love playing both positions. I just want to play which ever position will get me on the field the earliest, to be truthful."
