Preston Williams takes in Ole Miss Sr Camp

Preston Williams (DE, Memphis, TN0 - Williams consistently showed the best outside pass rushing ability at the Mississippi scout combine out of all of the ends. He is very quick off of the ball but is a bit light in the britches, as he measured in at 6' 4", 205. Preston recently took in the Ole Miss Senior Camp.

"I went with my teammate, Brandon Small (QB) and my head coach. I turned my ankle over the week before, so I was pretty limited. I ran a few routes for them, but that was it," added Preston Williams.

What did the Ole Miss staff have to say?

"They told me they wanted to get some game film from my first two games and then they were going to make a decision."

Has Preston received any phone calls?

"Just Ole Miss. They were the only who called me."

Which colleges are now at the top of Williams' list?

"Ole Miss is at the top, and Georgia Tech is right behind them."

What stands out about Ole Miss?

"Really there coaches, and the fact that it is only like a half hours drive from the crib. They are also going to be making some noise in the SEC pretty soon. They are on the rise."

And what about Georgia Tech?

"They just recruit me so hard. They send me like two letters everyday. Handwritten ones too. I have always enjoyed watching them on TV too"

Where will Preston camp at next?

"I hope to make it over to the Georgia Tech Senior Camp next Saturday."
