Grenada WR/DB Trey Bledsoe committed to Ole Miss on July 20th last year after a head-turning performance in an Ole Miss summer camp got him the offer he was looking for.
He has never looked back or questioned his decision.
The 6-2, 190-pounder took his official visit this weekend, but it was more for fun and formality than anything else.
"I had a real good time. It was an exciting atmosphere the whole weekend," said the soft-spoken Bledsoe. "I knew what I wanted when I committed and that's never changed.
"I love Ole Miss and Oxford, it's in the SEC, the program is on the rise and it's close to home. There wasn't much to think about really. It fits all my needs."
Bledsoe, who caught 35 passes for 477 yards and five TDs in just seven games last fall, said he did learn something about Ole Miss on his visit that drew his interest and raised his excitement level.
"The expansion and remodeling of the IPF (indoor practice facility) is really nice," he said. "We'll be spending a good portion of our days there and it's good to see Ole Miss thinking ahead and making a nice facility even nicer for us and the coaches."
Bledsoe left campus with one thought.
"My commitment is strong. I'll be a Rebel and there's no doubt about it," he closed.
