**QB Devante Kincade an Skyline (TX) defeated White 70-14 last
Friday to run their record to 8-1. The 4-Star Ole Miss quarterback commit was
7-10 for 155 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed for for anothertouchdown.
In nine games of action the Army All-American is 110-173 for 1, 915 yards and
28 TD's. Devante has carried the ball 75 times for 731 yards and 10TD's.
The nation's #12 ranked quarterback was a terror on the field last season as
he passed for 3,270 yards and 37 touchdowns while also chipping in another 857
rushing yards and 17 TDs on his way to All-State honors.
Skyline faced Berkner tonight for the Regional championship.
Kincade is expected to make his first trip to Oxford Saturday for an unofficial
visit.
**Gadsden City (AL) and Finesse Middleton defeated Hewitt-Trussville
27-21 last Friday. .
The Ole Miss hybrid commit chipped in 5 tackles, 1 for a loss, 1 sack, and 1
caused fumble. That brings his season total to 68 tackles, 30 for losses and
12 sacks for the season.
Middleton had 45 tackles and 10 sacks as a junior manning the defensive tackle
position. His season was cut short by a foot injury in the middle of the season
but he did return for the playoffs. Middleton is expected to enroll at Ole Miss
in December.
Finesse was selected to the MS/AL All-Star game in December and is expected
to attend the Ole Miss/Vandy game.
**RB Peyton Barber and Milton (GA) defeated Cherokee 49-7 last
Friday. Peyton had 12 carries for 125 yards rushing and three touchdowns on
the night in front of Ole Miss coaches Matt Luke and Derrick Nix. Scout.com's
No. 60 rated tailback has rushed for over 1,625 yards and 21 TDs in the first
nine games of the season.
The bruising 225-pound back had over 1,160 rushing yards his sophomore campaign
before breaking his foot in game three of his junior season. He missed the remainder
of the '11 campaign.
Milton faces Woodstock tonight in their last regular season game. FSU offered
Peyton over the week but he is expected to be in town to see the Rebels play
Vandy.
**Canton (MS) and Daronte Bouldin season has come to a close.
The 6' 5", 315-pound Dandy Dozen offensive tackle had 81 pancakes and 50
crackback blocks through ten games.
Canton is 4-6 and faces Jackson Lanier night.
** RB Mark Dodson and Whitehaven (Tenn) defeated Collierville
42-7 in The Opening round of the playoffs to run their season record to 11-0.
Dodson had 248 yards rushing and three touchdowns in the contest.
Scout.com's No. 43 rated tailback now has 228 carries for 2, 261 yards and 23
TDs. Last season he rushed for over 2,100 yards and 28 TDs. He was named first
team All-State for his on-the-field accomplishments.
Whitehaven faces Southwind in the second round of the playoffs tonight.
**The 6' 2" 185 athlete Charles Williams has over 1000
total yds, 7 tds and 4 ints (defense) this year while playing QB, RB, WR, KR/PR,
CB and FS. Williams has been slowed by a growing injury all year but will be
100% when he arrives in Oxford next year.
Champagnat Catholic faces Glades Day tonight in the opening round of the playoffs..
** TE Evan Engram and Hillgrove (GA) defeated South Cobb 37-14
to move their overall record to 6-3. The Ole Miss tight end commit had two catches
for 25 yards and a two-point convesion in the contest. He was scouted by the
Ole Miss staff and turned in a four sack game in his first action on defense.
Through nine games of action, Scout.com's No. 22 nationally rated tight end
has 31 catches for 689 yards and six touchdowns.
Engram collected 20 receptions for 500 yards and six TDs as a junior.
**Derrick Jones and Eupora defeated Coahoma County 49-0 to move
their record to 10-1. The 6' 3", 185-pound receiver/defensive back had a
55-yard punt return for a touchdown in limited action.
Through ten games of action Jones has 35 catches for 776 yards and ten touchdowns.
He has also chipped in a 95-yard kickoff, 55-yard punt return, 70-yard punt return,
and a 85-yard punt return for touchdowns. He also has 42 tackles and five interceptions
on defense
Jones was selected to the MS/AL All-Star game in December and is expected to attend
the Ole Miss/Vandy game.
**Grenada (MS) lost to Columbus 41-212 last Friday to finish their record at
4-7. Trey Bledsoe had five catches for 65 yards and a two-point converstion.
In seven games of action he had 35 catches for 477 yards and five touchdowns
on the season. He also has three interceptions on defense and a defensive touchdown.
Last season the 6' 2", 190-pound receiver caught 27 passes for 440 yards
and seven TDs. While manning the safety position he posted 40 tackles and five
interceptions.
**Ole Miss commits CB Zach Witchett and Quadarius
Mireles finished their season with a victory over Pearl River CC last
week. Mireles out of Boynton Beach, Fla.., was the workhorse
for the Eagles all night, carrying the rock 21 times for 111 yards.This brought
his season total to 38 receptions for 385 yards and four touchdowns. He also
had 47 rushes for 249 yards and two touchdowns
Georgia native Zach Witchett sat out the last five games of
the season with injuries. He finished the season with 12 solo tackles and four
batted-down balls in four games of action this season.
Q Mireles is expected to be in town for Saturday's match-up between OM/Vandy
**Ole Miss commit DT Herbert Moore finished his high school
career last Thursday with a 23-0 loss to Memphis Whitehaven. Big "Herb"
as he is called by teammates and friends had eight tackles with two of them
coming for losses. The 6' 2", 320-pound defensive tackle finished the season
with 54 tackles, 13 tackles for losses, four sacks, one batted-down ball, four
fumble recoveries, and one defensive touchdown.
Scout.com's No. 66 rated defensive tackle had 46 tackles and eight sacks as
a junior.
Herbert is expexted to attend the OM/Vandy game Saturday.
**Carver (LA) and RB Eugene Brazley crushed Cohen 61-0. He
had 15 carries for 155 yards and two touchdowns. He also chipped in 3 receptions
for 70 yards and a touchdown
Scout.com's No. 72 rated tailback has 108 carries for 1040 yards and fifteen
touchdowns in eight games of action. Brazley also has 18 receptions for 279
yards and three touchdowns.
Last season Brazley was one of the top play makers in the Big Easy as he had
over 1,800 yards of offense and 24 TDs.
Carver faces South Plaquemines in the opening round of the playoffs.
**Jackson Prep defeated MRA 23-7 last Friday. The four-star
QB was 11-19 for the night with 105 passing yards and two touchdowns in the
contest. That brings his season total for the Dandy Dozen selection to 85-151
for 1,383 yards and 19 TDs. He has also rushed for over 200 yards.
Jackson Prep (10-0) faces Jackson Aca for the state championship.
**WR Dannon Cavil and Madison (TX) defeated MacArthur 56-12
last Friday. Dannon had 2 receptions for 33 yards and a touchdown. In eight
games of action Dannon now has 20 receptions for 500 yards and five TDs.
Scout.com's No. 123 ranked receiver had 29 catches for 595 yards and nine TDs
through the season.
He is expected to attend the Ole Miss/Vandy game Saturday.
**Byhalia (MS) and OT Davion Johnson defeated Mooreville 35-0
last Friday in the opening round of the playoffs to run their record to 8-4.
Scout.com's No. 34 rated offensive tackle had 8 pancakes in the game. The Dandy
Dozen offensive tackle has totaled 94 pancake blocks through eleven games.
Last season the 6' 5", 325-pound left tackle was named first team All-State.
Byhalia faces Boonville tonight in the second round of the playoffs.
**Colquitt County (GA) and WR/CB Bobby Hill beat Coffee 27-9
last Friday. The Ole Miss commit had a big game as he hauled in ten catches
for 167 yards and three touchdowns.
He now has 43 catches for 805 yards and seven touchdowns in nine games of action.
Last season the 6' 0", 165-pound athlete 13 catches for 368 yards and six
TDs. On the defensive side of the ball, where he is projected to play at Ole
Miss, he intercepted five passes.
Colquitt County (6-3) faces Camden County tonight in the last game of the regular
season.
**LB Rashawn Smith and Florence (AL) defeated Vestavia Hills
28-21 last Friday. The Ole Miss commit had 11tackles and a sack on the night.
He has totaled 95 tackles and over 250 rushing yards through ten games of action
Smith was selected to the MS/AL All-Star game in December.
Florence faces Huntsville tonight in the opening round of the playoffs
**Four-star TE Christian Morgan and Prestonwood Christian suffered
their third loss of the season after getting off to a 8-0 start.
The country's No. 12 rated tight end now had 20 catches for 216 yards and two
TDs through seven games of action but his stats from the last three games are
unknown.

**Nickolas Brassell and Darious Cummings suffered a season ending loss to Co Linn 47-46 in stunning
form as they had a kickoff returned on them with 9 seconds left.. Brassell had
his biggest game of the year with 12 receptions for 185 yards. This brings his
season total to 48 receptions for 663 yards and six TDs.
Cummings chipped in four tackles and a sack to bring his season total to 26
tackles, six for losses, and three sacks.
